I have placed these actions that are connected to the months into lessons (sections) arranged in the order of the months of the lunar year. So I began with Al-Muharram and concluded with Dhul-Hijjah. Within each month I mention that which it contains from deeds (to be performed), and that which does not have a specific action then I did not mention anything regarding it.

I concluded that by mentioning the actions that correspond to the seasons of the solar year; and this was within three sections: mention of the spring, the winter, and the summer.

I concluded the book with a section regarding hastening to repentance before one’s lifespan ends. For repentance is an action to be performed through the entirety of one’s life.
